Upcoming online show:
A Glimpse of Light

I’m excited to announce my first ever online show!

At the start of the pandemic I started to think about how I could sell my work online. While I couldn’t get anything worked out during the lockdowns (there was a bit too much stress!) I kept the idea in mind, and this year it’s happening! This page is to give an outline of the work that will be in the show, and how you can purchase.

The show is titled ‘A Glimpse of Light’, and all the pieces will be of candles and lanterns. It’s called “a glimpse” because all the artworks will be smaller in size. As this is my first online sale I wanted to make the pieces accessible to as many people as possible (small pieces are more affordable), and also keep the shipping costs down!

The sizes will be 4″ x 4″, 6″ x 6″, and 6″ x 8″, and I am aiming to complete around 16 pieces for the show. The pieces pictured here will be part of the show.

So, how will the show work?

The sale will have 2 phases. The first is a ‘private viewing’, for subscribers to my newsletter. They will be emailed a url and password for access, and be given first look at all the pieces, and first opportunity to buy. My intention is to set up a way to purchase online, so it’s clear what is available and what isn’t – provided I can work out how to manage shipping costs!

Once the private viewing is over,  the show will be open to the public and anyone can purchase.

Interested in attending the show?

The best thing to do is to sign up for my newsletter! I will send out the invite and password for the private viewing in good time before the show opens to all my subscribers. I’m also hoping to do a little video introduction to the sale, which I will also send out to subscribers. Sign up using the form below! You won’t receive any spam, just an email from me every couple of weeks – plus the show invite of course :o)

Of course if you’d rather not sign up for my newsletter you can keep checking back to my site for when the show is open to the public, but as an emerging artist it would mean a lot to me for you to join my mailing list. Thanks!
